Abstract：
基于霍夫斯泰德文化维度的分析框架,从文化价值观对国人行为方式的影响研究中发现:权力距离越大、个体主义指数越低,民众对政府越抱有期待并服从政府,越能牺牲个体利益,反之亦然;长期导向越强,民众越坚韧、越能为最终目标奉献自己、也越敬老;纵容指数越低,文化中约束行为的规则越多。
