Abstract:

有机-无机杂化钙钛矿太阳能电池(PSC)因其高吸收系数、带隙可调、长载流子寿命等优点而备受关注.目前,PSC的光电转换效率(PCE)已从2009年的3.8%提高到目前的认证效率25.8%,显示出光伏技术的巨大潜力.由于二氧化锡(SnO2)具有低迟滞、低温制备和高紫外稳定性等优点,是目前应用最广泛的PSC电子传输层.
