Abstract:
Normal operation causes the transformer core, winding, and cooling device to vibrate, which in turn causes the vibration of the transformer body. The main sources of vibration include core vibration caused by magnetic hysteresis of silicon steel sheet and winding caused by magnetic leakage of load current. In order to study the relation between the electromagnetic force of the iron core, the vibration of the iron core and the vibration of the transformer body surface, the finite element model of connecting the transformer winding and the electromagnetic force field of the iron core was established, and the vibration characteristics of the transformer core were simulated. The vibration characteristics of the oil tank in different directions were tested by the acceleration sensor, and the vibration transmission process was discussed. It is found that the magnitude and direction of the core electromagnetic force have obvious correlation with the vibration of the fuel tank. © 2023 IEEE.
