Abstract:
采用CO_2气体保护焊工艺和ER50-6焊丝焊接Q390A钢,并对其进行焊接接头腐蚀疲劳性能测试。通过分析S-N曲线及疲劳断口SEM可知,腐蚀时间的增加会降低焊接接头疲劳极限值,60天加速腐蚀下焊接接头腐蚀坑面积和深度均较大;在承载相同动态应力下,加速腐蚀时间越长、断口裂纹越多,裂纹方向越趋于多样化,腐蚀疲劳裂纹形成速度越快;高腐蚀介质浓度和低pH值也会使腐蚀疲劳强度降低,但在相同测试时间中pH值对疲劳程度影响较小。
