采用水热法合成ZnO一维纳米线材料,以活性炭粉与纳米ZnO复合构筑出ZnO/活性炭复合材料,探究了复合材料对乙醇气体的敏感性能。结果表明,150℃时,ZnO/活性炭复合材料传感器对乙醇气体具有良好的响应-恢复特性;对于浓度5×10~(-6)的乙醇,传感器灵敏度可达到4.75;传感器灵敏度随着乙醇浓度增加呈正相关提升,且具有很好的重现性。
