Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of low output and poor voltage stability in new energy power generation system, a non-isolated low input current ripple high gain soft switching DC-DC converter was proposed. Combined with active clamp technology and coupled inductance and diode-capacitor voltage doubling structure, by the converter the voltage gain was improved and the voltage stress of the switching device was reduced. The leakage of the coupling inductance effectively alleviates the diode reverse recovery problem, and the leakage energy was recovered and utilized through the active clamp network. Using coupling inductance leakage, all switching tubes realize zero voltage soft switching, which improves the efficiency of the converter. The topology structure and working principle of the converter are analyzed in detail, and the voltage gain, voltage and current stress of the device and the circuit performance of the soft switch were analyzed. Finally, a prototype with 40 V input, 400 V output and 160 W rated power was built. The experimental results show that the converter has the advantages of low input current ripple, high voltage gain, high conversion efficiency and low voltage stress. © 2023 Editorial Department of Electric Machines and Control.
