Abstract：
本文分析了波多黎各裔当代艺术家埃德拉·索托作品中的建筑元素所具有的象征性意义，通过将波多黎各本土建筑中的元素进行提炼和发展，索托形成了一种既独特又典型的个人艺术面貌，不仅展示出当代少数族裔艺术家的家国记忆与文化传统，也暗示出了后殖民时代当代艺术家个人文化身份表达的复杂与矛盾。
