Abstract：
本篇主要阐述了＂环保管家＂服务模式的提出背景及其概念,介绍了＂环保管家＂服务定义的发展历史,并总结了其在国内外的研究热点.探究了＂环保管家＂环境保护服务模式及其前身＂环保管理＂在国内外的发展历程及其发展状况.根据实际案例总结了＂环保管家＂服务模式在工业企业、政府工作中取得的效果,分析了政策及宣传不完善、市场不平衡、监管不到位等问题,针对存在的问题对＂环保管家＂服务模式的发展提出了意见与建议,以期为其发展提供借鉴.
