Abstract:

提出年产10万t异丙醇的生产项目的工艺流程及工艺条件.采用Aspen Plus软件对整个流程进行模拟,并通过对各塔的进料位置、回流比、理论板数、产能等操作参数进行优化,以确定最佳工艺条件.采用AspenEDR换热网络设计搭建换热网络,经调节优化后,总能耗可减少12.7%.模拟结果表明,异丙醇年产量为10万t,产品纯度为99.9%.此工艺副反应少,工艺简单,设备投资少,反应条件温和,能耗低,丙酮转化率高,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益,可为丙酮加氢法制备异丙醇提供理论指导.
