Abstract:

针对传统橡胶易老化、失效等缺点,设计一种基于金属橡胶的电梯曳引机减振器结构,制备出3种不同密度的阻尼元件并对其展开静力学试验研究.通过控制单一变量的试验方法,重点研究密度、压缩变形量、预紧力等因素对元件力学性能的影响.试验结果发现:随着成型密度、压缩变形量、预紧力的不断增大,金属橡胶元件的耗能和刚度呈现不断增大的趋势,损耗因子则呈现不断减小的趋势.
