Abstract:

氨氮被国家列为水体总量控制的重要指标之一.安全、准确度高的快速测试盒、检测试纸等具备分析时间短、便于携带、无需专业人员操作等优点,得到了广泛的应用.通过对《水质氨氮的测定水杨酸分光光度法》(HJ 536-2009)进行试剂配比研究,并按照改进方案制备可用于现场迅速测定氨氮含量的试纸,得到优化试纸浸渍方案.优化后的浸渍试纸显色时间5 min,测定上限为2 mg/L.
