Abstract:
Taking the sum of transportation cost, transit cost, environmental cost and congestion cost as the minimum, the cargo flow distribution model of port-hinterland collection and distribution net-work was constructed, and the coastal port collection and distribution network in Fujian Province was taken as an example for analysis. The results show that the logistics distribution scheme considering congestion and environmental factors can reduce the comprehensive cost of the network by 34. 3%. And when the transportation mode of some containers is changed from highway to railway, the con-gestion situation is improved and the carbon emissions are greatly reduced. © 2023 Wuhan University of Technology.
