贫困大学生心理韧性现状及高校干预途径——基于积极心理学视角

Abstract:
本文使用韧性量表对606名在校大学生心理韧性水平进行调查研究.结果发现:贫困大学生的心理韧性总体水平和各维度水平虽低于非贫困生,但均处于中等偏上;男贫困大学生在心理韧性总体水平、韧性维度、自强维度得分显著高于女生;贫困大学生心理韧性在年级等人口学变量上差异不显著.基于积极心理学视角,高校可以通过培养贫困大学生积极的心理认知、激发韧性品质和建立良好的外部支持系统等途径来提升其心理韧性水平.
