Abstract:

The existing assessment methods of distribution network engineering projects (DNEP) lack real-time assessment of the construction site, and the calculation for the weights of indexes is easy to be impacted by human factors. Hence, a comprehensive assessment system and method of DNEP is proposed. The comprehensive assessment system of DNEP is established and two different evaluation indexes are set: macro assessment index set and micro assessment index set. Meanwhile, a combined weight hierarchical calculation model based on DEMATEL-ANP-anti-entropy weight method and improved gray correlation analysis is proposed, which can calculate the weights of macro assessment indexes and micro assessment indexes separately. The model is used to make the comprehensive assessment system subjectivity and objectivity simultaneously. Applying the proposed method to a certain construction site of DNEP, it shows that the proposed method can assess the level of construction for DNEP and identify the defects of DNEP. © 2022 IEEE.
