Abstract:
In this paper, the influencing factors in the preparation process of C4 olefins were studied, and the suitable temperature and catalyst combinations were selected by optimization. The relationship between ethanol conversion and C4 olefin selectivity and the temperature was obtained by least squares fitting, and the model has good accuracy. A multiple regression model was developed to optimize the catalyst combinations under two charging methods A and B with the objective function of maximizing the C4 yield, and the optimal combinations of parameters were obtained for different charging methods and temperatures to provide a reference for the production process. © 2022 SPIE.
