Abstract:
配电网的铁磁谐振过电压严重影响电力设备的安全稳定运行,已有的消谐方法难以适应不同网络结构.分析了铁磁谐振过电压特征,借鉴有源滤波器技术思路,提出了中性点电压控制方案,经单相有源逆变器向系统注入零序电流,将中性点位移电压强制为零,抑制铁磁谐振.仿真结果表明,该消谐装置能够正确判断出基频谐振和单相接地故障,且只需短时作用即可有效抑制铁磁谐振,实现柔性消谐.
