Abstract:

随着社会经济的快速发展,工程型创新人才的培养已成为现代高等教育的重要目标.本文以食品专业为例,探索产教融合食品工程类专业学位研究生培养模式的改革与实践,包括培养方案改革优化、教学体系和实践平台建设、打造双师型教学队伍及网络教学网站构建等,旨在为高校培养应用型食品专业人才提供参考.
