Abstract:

本发明涉及一种基于改进体偏置技术的差分colpitts FBAR振荡器电路,包括依次连接的电源电压端口、改进体偏置的核心振荡电路单元和差分输出端口;所述电源电压端口用于提供电源电压;所述改进体偏置的核心振荡电路单元,提供负阻用于补偿谐振回路的能量损耗维持振荡; 所述差分输出端口用于输出正弦信号。本发明实现在较低的电源电压下也可以实现较大的摆幅,满足了低功耗下也能启动稳定,且整体电路可集成度高,此外,通过差分colpitts结构增加了环路增益,降低了传统colpitts结构的起振要求。
