Abstract:

本发明公开了一种高导热性热塑性聚氨酯复合材料及其制备方法。用环氧氯丙烷将GO表面环氧化,用KH550处理Al2O3得到氨基化的Al2O3,环氧化的GO与氨基化的Al2O3发生活泼氢的加成反应,再经葡萄糖在水热环境条件下还原得到功能助剂f‑Al2O3‑RHGO。功能助剂f‑Al2O3‑RHGO结合了GO和Al2O3的导热优点,同时氧化铝可以均匀的负载在环氧氧化石墨烯表面,且负载量更大。将功能助剂f‑Al2O3‑RHGO加入到热塑性聚氨酯的原位聚合中,可以有效的提高热塑性聚氨酯的导热性能,同时也为今后为开发高导热的热塑性聚氨酯提供了新的思路与探索,并在实际应用中预计具有巨大的社会经济效益。
