Abstract:

本发明公开了一种正八面体状金属有机框架(NH2‑MIL‑53(Al))纳米材料的制备方法及应用,具体为:在十二烷基硫酸钠调控下,将六水合氯化铝和2‑氨基对苯二甲酸进行络合反应得到金属有机框架材料NH2‑MIL‑53(Al);将NH2‑MIL‑53(Al)进行洗涤、真空干燥后,研磨得到正八面体状金属有机框架纳米材料。将该正八面体状金属有机框架纳米材料应用于对六溴环十二烷的高灵敏荧光检测探针,0.01 mg/mL荧光探针对六溴环十二烷的荧光检出限为1.0×10‑6 mol/L,线性范围1.0×10‑6~1.0×10‑4 mol/L(R2=0.9386)。
