Abstract:
建立序批式反应器,分析了不同温度下颗粒污泥对畜禽养殖废水脱氮除磷的影响.结果表明,颗粒污泥可有效处理畜禽养殖废水,并当温度由10℃ 提高至30℃,化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮及总磷(TP)的去除效率分别由70.6% ~72.8%提高至80.6% ~81.3%,71.2% ~75.5%提高至85.6% ~88.9%,75.8%提高至81.4%.此外,温度升高,促进了颗粒污泥的浓度及沉降性,促进了颗粒污泥内胞外聚合物(EPS)的含量,尤其是蛋白质(PN)的含量,当运行温度由10℃提高至30℃,PN的含量由46.5 mg/g升高至59.6 mg/g,元素分析表明温度升高促进了颗粒污泥内Na和Mg的百分比.
