Abstract:

柔性CZTSSe太阳能电池因其无毒、廉价、可柔性等优点在光伏领域中备受关注~([1-3])。目前,柔性CZTSSe太阳能电池的最高转换效率(PCE)与Schockly-Queisser极限效率依然存在很大差距,其中器件的开路电压(V_(OC))损耗是效率不理想的重要原因。通过高温硒化制备CZTSSe吸收层是制备高转化效率CZTSSe太阳能电池的常见方法,然而高温硒化过程会使得CZTSSe出现Zn、Sn逸散等问题[2],同时过量的Se/S比使CZTSSe带隙收窄,进而使CZTSSe太阳能电池的V_(OC)进一步降低[3]。因此,我们改进了CZTSSe的硒化策略,使用了预蒸发硒化方法:以低温度将硒...
