本发明是直接以鲜香菇为原料,控制适当的条件,通过酶解,生香,再经过抽取原液、配料等工序制成含有香菇营养成分和风味的各种饮料的方法。用本发明方法配制香菇系列饮料营养丰富,它含有15种人体所必需的各种氨基酸,且香气浓郁,可口。同时,本发明工艺简单,操作方便,原料来源充足,一般的生产饮料能力的企业均可生产。
