Abstract:

本发明公开了一种高效界面电荷转移的金属/半导体异质结复合材料的制备方法。其是先利用溶剂热法合成带负电的CdSe量子点,并采用有机还原法萃取得到带正电的Pd@DMAP胶体溶液,然后通过简单的静电自组装方法,制备出在室温下稳定并具有高效界面电荷转移的CdSe@Pd纳米复合材料。该纳米复合材料在等光强强度的可见光(λ>420 nm)照射下具有明显优于单一组分半导体(CdSe)的还原性和稳定性,而可用于对硝基苯胺的催化还原,且其制备过程工艺简单,绿色环保,有利于环境和能源的可持续发展。
