本实用新型提出基于PE棱镜耦合的可调光栅超材料太赫兹吸波器,所述吸波器包括等离子共振件和棱镜侧面置于等离子共振件的共振区上的棱镜件;所述棱镜件位于吸波器的太赫兹波输入端处,使太赫兹波经棱镜件折射后入射至共振区;向共振区入射的太赫兹波在棱镜侧面处形成倏逝波;当入射太赫兹波与共振区的人工表面等离子体动量匹配时,所述等离子共振件共振区被倏逝波激发共振,产生人工表面等离子极化波使入射的太赫兹波被吸收;本实用新型结构简单、操作方便且性能可靠。
