本发明公开了一种基于流延法制备铌酸钾钠织构透明陶瓷的方法,首先制备纯(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3粉料以及NaNbO3片状模板,采用流延成型工艺,在1000~1200℃下进行无压烧结,即可制得无杂相、结构致密且取向生长的KNN压电织构透明陶瓷,且该样品具有良好的透光性和优异的压电性能等。本发明设备简单,工艺简便,易于操作,且生产效率高,进一步拓展了KNN基无铅压电陶瓷的功能。
