Abstract:

本发明利用酿酒酵母菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽胞杆菌接力固态发酵红曲霉菌丝体废渣,制备出新型高活菌数的红曲废渣微生态制剂。红曲菌丝体废渣固态培养基的配方红曲霉菌丝体废渣1kg,麦芽糖16.2 g,氯化铵10.0 g,硫酸镁6.2 g,蒸馏水2 L,pH自然;发酵工艺为:在红曲菌丝体废渣上接种地衣芽孢杆菌24h后接枯草芽孢杆菌24h,最后接种酿酒酵母菌发酵72h,接种量均为5%,接种活菌数为105CFU/mL。本发明的新型红曲废渣微生态制剂具有高的活菌数和很低的桔霉素含量和粗纤维含量。本发明综合了红曲功能性物质和三种不同的益生菌及其产物,解决红曲废渣残留,实现资源有效利用。
