Abstract:

本实用新型涉及一种提高发动机废气涡轮发电效率的装置,包括动力涡轮、变速器、控制器、变速器换挡执行机构、整流电路、涡轮发电机、蓄电池,动力涡轮安装在发动机的废气排气管道中,动力涡轮的转子轴由废气排气管道穿出与变速器的输入轴连接传动,变速器的输出轴与涡轮发电机的转轴连接传动,涡轮发电机经整流电路于蓄电池电性连接,发动机上设置有监测曲轴转速的曲轴转速传感器,曲轴转速传感器、变速器换挡执行机构分别与控制器电性连接,本实用新型利用发动机废气涡轮发电,通过调节变速器的传动比,实现涡轮发电机转轴转速和动力涡轮转速的不同步,使得涡轮发电机始终保持在最佳发电效率转速范围之间,大幅度提高了发电效率。
