Abstract:

本发明涉及一种基于Wasserstein GAN的光伏阵列故障诊断方法,首先对光伏阵列电流、电压时序数据进行采集;接着将获取的光伏阵列时序电流与时序电压数据绘制为曲线图形并保存为样本;然后设计Wasserstein GAN网络中的鉴别器D与生成器G;然后训练Wasserstein GAN中的鉴别器D生成器G;接着将训练得到的鉴别器D作为光伏阵列时序电流电压曲线图片的特征提取网络,采用全连接神经网络训练特征分类器,对特征提取网络得到的特征进行分类,得到光伏阵列时序电流电压数据的诊断模型。本发明所提出的基于Wasserstein GAN的光伏阵列时序电流电压数据的故障诊断方法,在无监督训练的基础上能够准确地对光伏阵列进行故障检测和分类。
