Abstract:

本发明公开了一种提高全无机CsPbBr3钙钛矿在水溶液中稳定性方法。选用碳酸铯、溴化铅作为反应物,油酸、油胺作为表面配体,在加入适量的十八烯或者矿物油超声后得到CsPbBr3溶液。再选用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作为阳离子表面活性剂与CsPbBr3溶液超声1‑2 min, 即可得到荧光稳定性较好的CsPbBr3溶液。该方法制备出的在水溶液中荧光依然稳定的CsPbBr3溶液所用时间短,全程只需9 min‑14 min(包括合成CsPbBr3钙钛矿的时间)。制备出的溶液直接存放于水溶液甚至是磷酸盐缓冲溶液中荧光稳定性依然较好,且分散性优异,溶液中颗粒均匀。
