Abstract:

本发明属于高分子复合材料合成技术领域,具体涉及一种高力学强度GO/TPU原位聚合方法。该原位聚合方法具体实施工艺为:以氧化石墨烯、聚丙二醇‑4000、甲苯二异氰酸酯、1, 4‑丁二醇为原料,采用冰乙酸及双十烷基二甲基溴化铵对氧化石墨烯进行改性后,与聚丙二醇‑4000结合形成改性氧化石墨烯/聚丙二醇‑4000共混物,再与甲苯二异氰酸酯、1, 4‑丁二醇原位聚合得到高力学强度的GO/TPU。经本发明方法制得的GO/TPU材料具有优异的力学强度,可以在机械工业等领域成为性能更优异的替代品。
