Abstract:

本发明公开了一种季铵化聚乙烯醇/壳聚糖静电纺丝固体电解质薄膜的制备方法及应用。先采用静电纺丝技术制备了季铵化聚乙烯醇的纳米纺丝纤维膜,然后采用戊二醛对其进行蒸汽交联,以提高其稳定性。将交联后的纺丝纤维膜浸入到季铵化聚乙烯醇/壳聚糖的混合溶液中得到三明治型的纳米纤维复合膜。将制备的薄膜浸泡在KOH溶液得到了季铵化聚乙烯醇/壳聚糖静电纺丝固体电解质薄膜。在电解质薄膜中由于纳米纤维膜的孔隙结构和丝状纤维的存在能形成更多的非晶区域和离子传输通道,提高了电解质膜的导电性,复合薄膜的离子传导率达到4.37×10‑2 S/cm。
