Abstract:

本发明公开了一种红曲色素微胶囊的制备方法,其是先将红曲霉种子液接种于半固体发酵培养基中进行发酵,再将发酵后的半固体培养基直接喷雾干燥,制得所述微胶囊。本发明经半固体发酵制备红曲色素微胶囊,一方面有利于提高红曲色素的光稳定性,减少色素的损失率,另一方面该工艺省去了喷雾干燥前的过滤、预混等步骤,解决了红曲霉菌丝体的废弃问题和喷雾干燥前的能耗问题,在生产实践中具有显著的应用价值。
