Abstract:
本实用新型涉及一种基于磁带导航的AGV嵌入式控制装置,包括AGV车载工控机、CAN现场总线、ARM7控制单元、伺服驱动器、电机编码器、红外光电蔽障传感器及磁带传感器。CAN现场总线插接于AGV车载工控机,ARM7控制单元经CAN现场总线连接至AGV车载工控机。电机编码器与伺服驱动器之间以单端方式连接外,还与ARM7控制单元相连。红外光电蔽障传感器安装于AGV车载前后,磁带导航传感器固定在AGV车载正前端底部,磁带命令传感器则安装在后侧底部,且皆连接于ARM7控制单元。本实用新型所提出的一种基于磁带导航的AGV嵌入式控制装置,结构简单,易于实现。
