Abstract:

本发明公开了一种质子传导的中低温固体氧化物燃料电池电解质,其化学式为Li13.9Sr0.1Zn(GeO4)4,是采用溶胶凝胶‑燃烧法制备而成。所得中低温固体氧化物燃料电池电解质在潮湿的5%H2和95%Ar混合气氛下、600℃时的电导率可达0.075S/cm,满足中低温SOFC对电解质材料的要求。
