Abstract:

本发明公开了一种石墨烯纳米带‑聚对苯二胺/EVA复合薄膜的制备方法,将石墨烯纳米带‑聚对苯二胺纳米粉末分散于EVA基体中制得母料;母料与EVA粒料按1 : 1质量比混合后,经挤出造粒、压片切割制得纳米材料薄膜;所述纳米材料薄膜中,石墨烯纳米带‑聚对苯二胺纳米粉末占EVA基体的质量含量为0.2wt%~1.5wt%。氧化石墨烯纳米带与甲苯相容性差,而在氧化石墨烯上聚合聚对苯二胺后,能够使其均匀分布于EVA中,进而在流变成膜过程中实现在EVA基体中的良好分散;而且还原氧化石墨烯纳米带和聚对苯二胺具有优异的导电、导热性,能够大大地提升复合薄膜的力学性能,从而达到提高EVA薄膜力学、电学及导热性能的目的。
