Abstract：
本发明利用枯草芽孢杆菌在虾蟹壳固态培养基上生长，利用虾蟹壳为营养素和载体发酵，并降解虾蟹壳，产生壳聚糖，作为活菌型土壤调理剂。所述枯草芽孢杆菌为枯草芽孢杆菌BSh0851。优势在于本项目所发明的土壤调理剂具有以下功效：(1)BSh0851枯草芽孢杆菌具有显著抑制病原菌的活性；(2)虾蟹壳具有丰富的矿物质和土壤疏松性；(3)壳聚糖具有抑菌功能。
