Abstract:

本发明公开了一种Co2O3‑NiO外掺的封接玻璃及其制备和使用方法,玻璃粉末原料组成为M2O、MeO、SiO2、Al2O3,(M=Li, Na, K;Me=Ca,Mg,Sr),质量比为20~40%、0~20%、40~60%、0~20%。外掺的Co2O3‑NiO的质量为玻璃粉末的0~30%。通过外掺的Co2O3和NiO部分进入玻璃网络中,发挥协同作用, 降低界面能,提高封接性能;Co2O3能够促进封接界面上形成致密的尖晶石层,有效阻止封接界面的元素扩散,抑制金属‑玻璃间的界面反应。多余的外掺粉体还提高了封接材料整体的热膨胀系数,减少与金属基材的热膨胀系数失配,有效降低封接界面的应力。
