Abstract:

本发明属于有机合成化学领域,具体涉及抗肿瘤药物替加氟的合成工艺。本发明以5‑氟尿嘧啶和四氢呋喃为原料,在碱和氧化剂的作用下,加热至50~100度,得到1, 3‑二取代替加氟衍生物,简单过滤后,在醇的水溶液中加热,反应数小时,制得替加氟,所得产物经过重结晶加以分离纯化。本发明制备方法绿色高效,与现有方法相比,该工艺原料廉价易得,反应条件温和,无需高温、碱、Lewis酸及其他添加剂,原子经济性高,仅少量废料排放。
