Abstract:

本发明属于固体电解质的制备领域,具体涉及一种中温固体氧化物燃料电池电解质及其制备方法。本发明采用硝酸盐凝胶燃烧法制备一种中温固体氧化物燃料电池电解质,电解质为Ce0.85La0.11In0.04O2‑δ‑Bi1.5Er0.5O3复合电解质,其中0<δ≤0.075。其相对致密度达到97%以上;该电解质在空气气氛下700℃时离子电导率达到1.71×10‑2S/cm。
