本发明提供一种中温固体氧化物燃料电池复合电解质及其制备方法,所述复合电解质的组成按质量分数计为99%GB,1%Bi1.55La0.45O3。采用硝酸盐凝胶燃烧法和固相反应法制备一种高电导率中温固体氧化物燃料电池电解质,降低了烧结温度,并且相对致密度达到98%以上;该电解质在空气气氛下750℃时离子电导率达到1.45×10‑2S/cm。
