Abstract：
本发明涉及一种基于分块时频谱和深度学习算法的配电网内部过电压识别方法，首先获取过电压信号；然后分解过电压信号；接着对各分量按照设定的频带进行带通滤波，构造时频矩阵；然后获取分块时频谱图；最后采用深度学习算法进行分类识别。本发明采用分块时频谱图作为深度学习算法的输入，能够自主学习各类过电压的特征，实现配电网内部过电压的分类识别。
