Abstract：
本实用新型涉及一种具有弹性过渡层的冲裁模具，包括模座、动模和设置在模座上的定模，所述定模与模座之间设置有至少一层薄铜片。所述铜片的厚度为0.1mm。所述铜片为黄铜或紫铜。本装置结构简单，能有效避免冲裁加工中的剪切应力在同一时间的应力集中，大幅减少了振动源，大大降低了工作噪音的产生。
