Abstract:

本发明属于纳米材料制备和生物医学领域,具体涉及一种pH与葡萄糖双重响应性药物载体及其制备和应用。所述的药物释放载体是Uio66‑CBA‑α‑CD‑CeO2‑RGD复合纳米颗粒;其制备过程为:先由苯硼酸改性金属有机框架材料Uio66‑NH2制得Uio66‑CBA,再以环糊精修饰CeO2纳米颗粒制得α‑CD‑CeO2,然后将Uio66‑CBA和α‑CD‑CeO2通过硼酸酯键进行组装,并且在组装的材料表面修饰RGD靶分子,而获得复合纳米颗粒。所制得的复合纳米颗粒在酸性条件为pH≤6,葡萄糖浓度1~10mM的双重刺激下,能释放所负载的抗癌药物,具有集靶向、pH及葡萄糖双重响应刺激功能等优点。
