Abstract:

本实用新型涉及一种锥光纤微球型固体激光制冷器,包括一用以耦合泵浦光以形成回廊模的微球,所述微球一侧设置有一锥光纤,所述锥光纤中部具有环向内凹以形成锥腰,所述微球的赤道面与其锥腰相切,所述锥光纤的一端连接有一用以输出激光作为泵浦光的激光器,所述微球与被制冷物体相连接。本锥光纤微球型固体激光制冷器泵浦激光在微球内表面行进光程长,对稀土离子高效激发,且稀土离子产生的反斯托荧光在微球表面向各个方向短距离辐射出,不被重吸收,制冷效率高;另外本锥光纤微球型固体激光制冷器体积小,重量轻,易于集成。
