Abstract:

本发明涉及一种基于窄带半导体锑化铟的太赫兹圆偏振光产生方法,将锑化铟样片低温恒温器中,待温度稳定后,将入射线偏振太赫兹波经一线偏振片提高偏振度,聚焦后照射至锑化铟样片的表面,并将一可调稳定的磁场垂直加载于锑化铟样片。根据入射太赫兹的频率,通过调整磁场的入射加载方向以及大小,完成太赫兹圆偏振光的获取。本发明所提出的一种基于窄带半导体锑化铟的太赫兹圆偏振光产生方法,具有调制频率宽、圆偏振出射完美以及偏振器件可调谐的优点。
