Abstract:

本发明公开了一种电容‑压敏双功能CaCu3Ti4O12(CCTO)陶瓷及其制备方法。本发明通过熔盐处理CCTO单相粉体,熔盐为NaCl‑KCl(NaCl/KCl的质量比为49.3 : 50.7),然后制备获得高介电常数(ε~4000)、高压敏非线性系数(α为20~45)的电容‑压敏双功能CCTO陶瓷。本发明提供的电容‑压敏双功能CCTO陶瓷不含Pb、Bi、Cd等原料,原料来源广泛、价格便宜、环保;制备工艺简单,介电性能和压敏性能优异,该陶瓷材料具有极大的工业应用价值。
