Abstract:

本发明涉及一种微波热压烧结与钎焊装置,包括微波谐振腔体,所述微波谐振腔体一侧连接有微波发生装置,另一侧连接有可调节全反射终端装置,所述微波谐振腔体上还设置有用于对试样施加压力的加压系统。该微波热压烧结与钎焊装置的微波谐振腔体为夹层水冷的矩形结构,所述微波谐振腔体的外壁设有冷却水进口和冷却水出口,所述微波谐振腔体的前方、后方、上方、下方各设有一个与其内部相通的用于防止微波泄漏的圆柱形衰减波导,所述微波谐振腔体的前方设置有用于测量热循环的光纤红外测温传感器,本装置加热速度快、节约能源,实现微波加热、加压、气氛保护一体化。
