本发明公开了一种含钼高导热性奥氏体耐磨锰钢及其制备方法，在钢中加入1.00‑5.00 wt.%钼，制得耐磨性能和导热性能兼优的高导热性奥氏体耐磨锰钢种，可用于挖掘机的铲齿、履带板、颚式破碎机岔板、球磨机衬板、铁路轨道、板锤、锤头等。方法简单，钢种性能优良，具备显著的经济和社会效益。
