本发明涉及一种基于KPCA与WLSSVM的建筑能耗预测方法,该方法利用核主元分析(KPCA)消除样本共线性,降低维数,进而建立加权最小二乘支持向量(WLSSVM)模型,并结合粒子群(PSO)算法优化模型参数,提高模型的学习性能和泛化能力。本发明可有效的应用于建筑能耗预测,具有良好的预测精度和鲁棒性能。
